It has taken me over one year to feel human again and to process my personal journey which was unique with breast cancer. I realized I have the power to help others prepare for their personal journey or if you are currently on that journey to help guide you through the unexpected pitfalls that may come. All Workshops are offered with love and compassion. Donations are gratefully accepted to help continue supporting women on their healing journey. Have you ever been to a mall and you know the store you want but just do not remember where it is located? Malls have this great tool called a Mall Map. I realized I had created my on mall map during this journey. This workshop teaches how to prepare You for being able to pivot and adapt. This workshop allows you to create your personal map with my guidance. You are able to ask questions that have been bothering you.
Advocate For You
This is your journey. Advocate for you. You get to choose. You are the one that has to live with the choices. I made choices that many doctors did not like and I have no regrets because honestly they helped save my life. I will teach you about financial aid, how to talk to your insurance, bringing someone with you, journaling to keep your thoughts straight and the stuff no one likes to talk about. Being ok with getting a second opion. You have a voice and are allowed to use it. Many women I have talked to feel they do not get to speak up about what they want or need. Let me help You with this part of your journey.
The New You
Prepare yourself for a new you. I am definitely not who I was when I started this Cancer journey in July 2024. I honestly like the new me, even though there have been bumps, bruises, scrapes, tears and frustration along the way. I learned to love and value me. I never thought ahead of what a year would look like for me or how You change in so many ways. This workshop allows You to understand there will be changes and how to navigate through them.
