Just Creating You really began over 20 years ago, rooted in a deep curiosity about the natural world and a desire to understand the “why” behind how things work—something that has been a part of me since childhood. I found myself drawn to nature, exploring herbs, scents, and the way the body responds to both. That curiosity naturally evolved into a passion for aromatherapy and holistic wellness, where I could begin connecting the dots between nature, the body, and overall well-being. What started as simple exploration slowly became a meaningful path of self-discovery and purpose.
When my children began experiencing food allergies and skin issues, my curiosity turned into a deeper, more urgent quest for answers. What once was a personal interest in herbs, aromatherapy, and natural healing became something much more meaningful—I was now seeking real solutions to support their health and well-being. I dove into learning everything I could about ingredients, nutrition, and how the body responds to what we put in and on it. This journey wasn’t just about managing symptoms; it became about truly understanding the root causes and creating a healthier, more intentional way of living for my family.
That experience ultimately led me to pursue my Associate of Science degree in Alternative Medicine. I wanted not only answers, but a solid foundation of knowledge that I could trust and build upon. What began as a mother’s search for relief for her children grew into a lifelong passion and purpose—one that continues to shape Just Creating You and the way I support others on their own wellness journeys.
My journey eventually became deeply personal when I faced my own experiences with cancer and the lasting effects of trauma on the body. In those moments, everything I had learned came full circle. I leaned into my education, my understanding of the body, and the natural tools I had spent years studying to support my own healing in a mindful and intentional way. It wasn’t just about recovery—it was about reconnecting with myself, listening to my body, and honoring what it needed through every stage.
That chapter of my life strengthened my purpose in a way nothing else could. It showed me firsthand the power of knowledge, self-awareness, and holistic care. Now, through Just Creating You, my heart is to guide and support others on their own journeys—helping them feel empowered in their bodies, connected to their healing, and confident in creating a life that truly supports their well-being.
